Ordered a package from AutoDoc. This was delivered to the wrong address even though everything was correct on the label. I was lucky that the person brought the package to us.

Ordered parts for an exhaust system. Both parts were shipped at the same time from the same seller (Autodoc). One part was sent via DHL and arrived the next day. The shipment from nox Nachtexpress, which claims to have delivered the next morning before work begins, has been a long time coming for 5 days and is being driven all over Germany.

Absolutely underground. The delivery has never worked, the package is always "lost". Why on earth does Autodoc choose NOX as the shipper. A reason not to order anything here anymore.

The company has the word Nachtexpress in its name and advertises with it, but there can be no question of it if you still don't have your package after 10 days and when you ask them they can't tell you where it is because the driver hardly and bad German speaks. If it were possible I would leave negative stars.
