Much worse than competitors. It seems the drivers intentionally bring the package to the most annoying to reach shop. No ability to change delivery date. 2. Delivery is not possible when the driver drops the stuff at a paket shot that is 30 Minutes away from me with public transportation. Seriously? Over an hour just to go pick up my package, when there is a shop just 1 tram station away.

GLS Dortmund warehouse : Utterly unhelpful and unprofessional experience, every time different story and delaying tactics : 1. Told in warehouse label was lost from paket. 2. Told that, tried to deliver more than once but cant. In reality tried one then i called n changed the address to be delivered in packet shop. Over one week packet still not been delivered. 3. Called various times, same answer it will be delivered, delaying tactics. 4. Finally told if cant delivered till today 11.10.2017 please pickup yrself from Dortmund warehouse, drove 50 km to pick from warehouse and told its on its way to packet shop. So drove back to shop at end of the day but no sign of packet. Still dont know where the packets are, can't trust a single word as it doesn't collaborate with packet history just delaying tactics, When wanted to file a formal complaint, you are even not allowed to do that, wonder how even they are been allowed to operate in such a manner by authorities. Similar experience one than once, no by chance random case. Please avoid as much as possible or be prepared for loads of waste of time plus extra stress. Avoid on every cost !!!!!!!!!!

Just lose money, everything is bad, beware of drivers that they are rude, proactive, and customer service that does not file a complaint. There is no integrity, everything is baaaaaaaaaaad
