Today, December 15th, 2020, I received a return slip for GLS! The parcel shop in Laaber would be shown to me on the GLS website! When I arrived in Laaber, all I heard was that we were no longer accepting packages, we were closing, the last packages were picked up today! There was not a word on the internet, not even a reference to the nearest GLS parcel shop! When I asked, I was only told succinctly: you just have to look it up on the internet!! There can be no customer friendliness like that, neither from GLS nor from the FA. Grabinger! 0 stars are still too many for that!
