Delivery "unreasonable" despite intact sidewalks and a short distance We have had construction work on the road for some time as the water pipes are being relocated. The sidewalks are intact and we also use them to transport our shopping. All delivery services deliver without problems, only GLS does not, because it would be "unreasonable". We live in the middle of the street, it's about a 150 m walk and these are light packages. What can I say? Words fail you.

Absolutely cheeky drivers. Destroy incoming packages after complaints and make orders disappear for collection. There should be a proper crackdown. The very poor Google rating does not come from anywhere. Customer service equals 0

Parcel was delivered from Depot 37. Although the customer service was called beforehand about a change of order and this was also recorded, the package was delivered to another package shop 20km away. This is now the 2nd time within 14 days. I will not order anything more if it is delivered with GLS. It's the same with DPD, by the way.
