got a packet from Otelo through Gls since 20th of Ausgust and still didnt received my packet until now , my packet was brought to my address on last week , but wasn't at home , and i called and called if they can bring my packet when i am at home , but i was told i have to come and pick it from gls depot Nuthetal, and which is really far away from me . i will never and never try to get parcel from this company again in my life , so stressful and complicated

What a joke! - 24/09/2018 - pick up in the Netherlands - 26/09/2018 the parcel is expected to be delivered during the day in Germany - 28/09/2018 The parcel has been returned to the sender in Netherlands - official explanation is that it was not picked up int the parcel shop within 8 days?

Shipping from Italy to Nuthetal was faster than shipping from Nutetal to my home. (18km). Really sad. Let's see if my package will be delivered at all or if I have to pick it up myself. Actually no star to give. Wow, how can it be that my package arrived 3 days later, twice at depot 12?
