I will never choose GLS express again! GLS would never send a package to the destination. They will show u that, they cant find ur adress, but they even haven't pick ur package in their truck! You can only go to the packcentre to pick up your package by yourself!

Unfortunately a foreign parcel service used GLS here in Germany. GLS did not even TRY to give us our parcel, we were home and NO ONE EVER tried to reach us - they just wrote a "recipient was not at home" on their website. This is the worst parcel service ever.
