Simply the worst experience with the company so far. The package wandered aimlessly from the headquarters in Geretsried to Munich for 11 days. Every day we had to leave someone in the house to receive the shipment. The problem was said to be an oversized package, which is odd as it is an ordinary fender from a small vehicle with a total weight of 11kg. After 11 days of waiting, I personally went to collect the package on the morning of November 21, 2022. Not to mention how arrogantly the woman who finally found the package and handed it to me was completely massacred. After so many days of hibernation, the front part of the fender had broken through the cardboard cover and was completely destroyed. When I asked if I could leave the box in their bin because it was too big for my car, the lady arrogantly said they weren't a landfill. A truly terrifying experience. I'm not saying the entire team has a disgusting attitude towards customers, but there definitely isn't enough accountability, at least with this team I've met. Absolute recommendation to avoid.

I have been sending my international parcels with GLS for years. There have never been any problems. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Even when I came just before closing time. 5☆

I'm just excited . The mattress I had to return exceeded the permitted girth size. After initial doubts, the employees repackaged the mattress. We put them together, someone sat on them, and then they wrapped the thing in foil. We had a lot of fun and the package was much smaller afterwards. It is rare to find so much helpfulness and customer service. Huge praise to the troops who were on duty on October 25th, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. You're awesome! Without you I would have been lost.

Unbelievable... We wanted to send a package and booked and paid for the shipping online! We didn't have to give any address details because they said the driver would bring everything On the pick-up day, the driver comes and refuses to take the package because... No addressee is appropriate! He wanted to come back the next day, but he isn't. The fact is, it was too difficult for him and he didn't feel like it. Calls became rude and we then shipped via TNT. NEVER AGAIN GLS!
