I would really like to give no star at all, unbelievable company! It is a package which is sent per EMS of China and its cooperation partner is GLS in Germany. EMS is supposed to be an EXPRESS service; however, when reached Germany, not express anymore. The driver did not come to my house at all, of course there is also no paper or note left in my mailbox and I was the whole time at home waiting for the parcel. Ineresting is that he/she left a message in online tracking that receiver is not at home!!! Then I called GLS service, for which I have to wait for over 15 minutes and the service person said that the parcel will be directly sent to a Paketshop which is 5 kilometers away from my home!!! Is there any difference than that they just remove the carrier and directly put the parcel in the Paketshop??? Maybe in this way it could save money for both sides!!!! If I want to get the parcel at home again, then I have to wait another 2 to 6 days!!! BTW, my parents paid 150 Euro for sending this parcel!!!
