If I could I would give you minus points!!! It's an absolute cheek that your deliverers don't manage to ring the bell or put a notification in the mailbox!!! It has now taken me 6 days to find out where my package is!!! And now I'm allowed to drive to the distribution center 35 minutes away and I'm supposed to pick up the package myself!!! When I called your customer service, I had an extremely unfriendly lady on the phone who hung up after just 2 minutes!!!

Maybe you should explain how to use a bell to your deliverers. I was able to pick up every package that I received from your delivery service at an agency, although there was always someone at home. Their quality is even worse than Hermes, and that's saying something.
