Drop off a package without signature and run to leave so they can deliver as many packages as possible. Package should not been delivered and waiting days for them to pick up the error delivery. GLS contractor run....do yourself a favor, use DHL instead. EDIT: I am indeed a customer of your parcel shop that is running out of schaafheim. This package did indeed come from your incompetent contractors. This 2 meter long package is still sitting here as of today. I will update this daily to show how you guys are only in for the fast delivery and not customer service. You dont care......switch to DHL if you care.

The delivery driver´s can´t read and the customer service hotline does not have any answers. Customer service refused to give their name and hung up the phone when asked when the package will be delivered and if the driver can´t read the address how will he ever deliver it.

'Delivery attempted'. !!!! 'The carrier has contacted you to arrange delivery'. !!!!!! 29/4/21 No delivery was attempted and nobody contacted with me.i don't know where I can get my Amazon parcel from. Second time this month!!!!

Terrible service - parcel was sent back to the Dispatch point as accordingly to the courier there was no one at home to collect whereas we were at home. Driver left no slip in the postbox. No info of the location of your parcel and they will not try to deliver again. To get the tracking info we had to call their dispatch centre. If you only can, choose a different courier
