Unfortunately, the problems and bad experiences are repeated! :-( :-( :-( the delivery was announced on 01/17/23, I gave a parking permit to save the driver time. Follow-up was possible via tracking, the vehicle disappeared two stations before delivery and did not turn into my street. The status jumped to 'delivered' shortly afterwards. I complained about this and emailed it to the GLS service on the same day. Since there was no answer, I phoned the problem the next day after a long wait in the queue. Again no reaction. After three days, the first inquiries as to whether only part of the goods had arrived - the question was superfluous because I described the situation and the car was not with me. Ultimately, I had to report the loss to the supplier and hope for a replacement, conclusion - useless waiting, a lot of effort, no real support from GLS. In the future, if possible, I will ask for other logisticians when ordering
