I tracked my item is stuck at their center for almost almost three weeks since handing over to them, I don't know what happened and what's going on, I live in Frankfurt, eagerly looking for my product to arrive...Tried to contact their service customer via their website...now I just finally found this telephone to be able to call them, unfortunately, they told me for some reasons they've returned the product to the seller again..which I can't understand. I live in Frankfurt, I could have just gone pick up the product myself :(

Still waiting on my item as it is still saying at parcel centre. I live in the Uk and can’t travel all the way to Germany to get my parcel. I just Want to know what is going on with my parcel and where it is and when I am going to get it as I spent too much money for it not to get it at all. Lucy Jackson

Not helpful, package already lost for 2 months. Just being transferred from department to department, no reply on how to retrieve. Was a birthday gift and now 2 months later still MIA, very poor internal follow up
