Wow, this company is horrible. USE GLS AT YOUR OWN RISK! They have 2 for 2 fails when I've had things delivered by them. Both times they couldn't find my address, and then proceeded to lose my package. It took two trips going to the packet center to basically yell at them to find my package. I cannot understand how a shipping company can be so inept at shipping. Again, USE GLS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The Paketshop was difficult to find (hidden behind another buildings in the industrial district in Manheim) and was too far from my place (25km). They tried to deliver my packet twice during a working day at 12:30 and even after my permission to leave the packet in the doorway, they didn't do so and I had to travel 50km on my own expenses to get it. I absolutely would not recommend to use this company to ship your packets. Use rather some of their competitors instead.

Address not founded and false - Third times same reasons in short time!!! That is their strategy don't to bring the parcels to the customer homes if they are busy or foul. Horrible service ever!!! (0 rating star!)

Horrible services. My parcel box was torn apart. Everithing in my box was smacked. Never ever use it! If you have doubt about using this company, just do not!
