Shady shop. I wanted to hand in my GLS package with already paid shipping via QR code there. They said I would first have to email them the QR code so they could print it out and pay an extra fee of €1, even though the shipping had already been paid for. I preferred to go to another GLS shop

Very friendly staff when picking up a package. My package wasn't there at first and I was put off until later. When I arrived, the employee was already holding my package in his hand, waving. A nice experience in the hectic everyday life!
