How can you send goods with GLS?! It is clear from the outset that the delivery will not arrive! Update: After 6 days without further feedback from GLS, I called them and asked when the delivery would take place. I was told that my package could not be found and that they had been looking for it for days. From experience I cannot recommend GLS and advise everyone to use another carrier to ship goods.

I received my confirmation that my package is in depot 17. Driving there, the first glass door was closed. The second glass door on the side was open but nobody was there either. I waited 5 minutes and called hello several times. Nobody came for another 10 minutes. Now finally I asked a driver where I can pick up my package. After 28 minutes, a woman came and gave me my package within two minutes.

They don't even deserve one star. The worst parcel deliverers. I was expecting an important package on 11/09. There are important and expensive tools in there that have been reducing my sales for two weeks. In the case of e-mail contact, one is first held out for 1 week. In the second week no more emails are answered. And because the driver wasn't able to wait for the bell, my package was taken to a warehouse where I can pick it up. Which is 40min away from where I live. And since there is no public transport. Never again GLS

Concerns the Tour Prettin ZIP 06925, Depot Kabelsketal! Delivery booked on the appointment, delivery tracked live. Suddenly "recipient not found" - although I was waiting for the parcel on site, it is now supposed to be delivered to the parcel shop and I have to drive there. The driver was probably too lazy to drive the extra few kilometers. That's what comes from replacing your trusty German companies with Poland for a few bucks saved. Before it was absolutely great, now GLS is just as bad here as I have experienced nationwide as a sender.
