I sent a package with a chain in it. The package arrived at the customer without a chain, how can that be??? Outrageous never again !!!!!!!!!

Catastrophic service, I would give 0 stars, but that does not work! My package has arrived on 11.09.2019 according to tracking in the parcel shop, I want to pick it up on 12.09.2019 but the staff says he does not have it. I ask the GLS Hotline, who say it was accepted in the parcel shop. I go again on 13.09.2019 and tell the same employee that the GLS hotline says the package was delivered here. He says again that he does not have the package. Renewed call to the GLS hotline, order to investigate. Today, on 18.09.2019, the GLS hotline says that a GLS employee has checked in on the spot at the parcel shop and has now been confirmed that the parcel has been accepted. I picked up the parcel today and the staff member answers to the question where the parcel was the last two times with only "found now".

Bad service, bad attitude, she did not look for my package and said "not found". The next day, she refused to help me return it, and I quote, "I have no time, come tomorrow."
