The worst delivery company ever Had 2 packages sent from Ukraine to me. 1 was delivered(lucky me going outside to meet the driver) Second one was in delivery one time and after they had no name on the bell sent back to sender. That is while I was instructing them over official email which ring bell to press to find me. They sent a confirmation with next day 2nd attempt. And guess what ? No delivery was made and now it is on the way back to sender. What a joke....

Worst delivery company in Europe. You really have to get everyone in the company to chip in to get this bad at something. The reviews over the past years speak for themselves. Every single time a package comes through this centre it's delayed without phone support or anything. Last time, I was home and the delivery driver didn't even bother ringing the bell and just sent the package to a dodgy paketshop with a drunk teller. The worst part is that the website did not tell us it would be GLS delivering, otherwise we would have avoided the purchase at all costs. Do yourselves a favour and check which service a company uses to deliver and maybe drop them another EUR or 2 to use a service that's worth the wait like DHL, Amazon or UPS, heck even Hermes.

Package just disappeared, I have zero info about it. I cannot talk to anyone on the phone, only to a useless recorded voice and as answer to my email I only received a generic message which does not help at all. This already happens twice this year. Last time I had to go pick up my 30kg package by my self 2 hours away from the delivery address after fighting with them for weeks simply to understand where was my parcel! This time who knows.. still zero infos! The worst company I ever dealt with! Just scammers! If someone reads this comment please give me a phone number ta talk to a REAL PERSON!

This GLS service was by far the worse service ever that I have experienced! Not recommended! After waiting for 2 weeks, I've sent an email explaining the situation and I got an email asking for my address details, which I already gave before, but still I gave it once more. On the day after I received an email at 10:32 pm saying that the parcel would be delivered during THAT DAY. As you can imagine, I was already at work. When I got home, I had a paper on the entrance door saying that the package was in the GLS Paketshop in Osdorfer Ring, Großbeeren. After that I sent them an other email saying what happened and I went on Friday to the GLS Paketshop. When I got there an employee told me that the parcel WAS NOT THERE, that it was with the driver from the day before and that the package would be for sure delivered on that day between 14:00 and 16:30. That did not happened. So, once again I wrote them an email explaining that I still didn't have my package and you wrote me back that it would be sent 3 days after during the day. I missed work just to make sure that I would be here to receive it. It happens that I DIDN'T. After a few calls my problem was solved.

Worst package delivery! We were at home and they never rang the door! A paper was left glued to the door on a public busy road instead, claiming we were not at home. Instead, we have been requested to collect the package in a depot one hour outside Berlin. We called for the collection and if you don’t speak perfect German, they hang up the phone!!! Disgraceful service, and also Vodafone for using such a terrible service is to blame!
