DHL, get your $hit together. After 4 days of my package supposedly being in my neighborhood package shop, I was sent an automatic message saying that the 8-day Frist was over. DHL time warp, at your service. Apparently my Xmas gifts are being sent **back** to my mother on the other side of the planet after she posted them 2 months ago. Also, I actually went to the neighborhood package shop after 2 days of receiving notification and the creepy alcoholic who works there told me that he hasn't been accepting or sending packages for a few months but DHL still thinks that he is?? I just spoke with DHL customer service on the phone and they had no idea why he might be saying that. I can choose to not send from him, but unfortunately DHL keeps sending post to this random, uncooperative guy to distribute.

Two of my neighbours and myself living on the same street have been told our parcels have been delivered to our neighbour. It was a lie, the name given did not exist. I had to call to find out the exact address my parcel had been delivered to. it was 58, which doesn't exist. my street goes up to 49 and I live at number 32 and my neighbour at number 31. We were all supposed to receive our parcel today and we all were given the same neighbour name that doesn't exist. I don't think we will ever see our parcels again or not anytime soon. DHL advised us to contact the sender which will them contact them. They could not contact the driver as they had no information and couldn't help. An awful experience.

One star for actual service, 5 stars for most unhelpful tracking page ever that simultaneously says the shipment has been (1)✅successfully delivered (except we never received it), (2) ⏭delivered to someone else and (3)↪️that it has been returned. Other failures: 🔇No heads up before a single delivery attempt in the middle of a workday (surprise: working people are not at home at 11:30 on a weekday) ❌🗒no note whatsoever in our mailbox about the attempted/ failed delivery so who knows, unless I check the status online, they wouldn’t have been bothered at all to let us know that we shouldn’t wait for the package.

Minus one star!!!! Awfully bad service. One parcel has not been delivered to work cause there was no bell sign! Hilariously, because other DHL stations leave parcels to reception without any problem. Another parcel is stuck in this black hole, it's being processing for 3 days with daily updates. I'm just guessing, what can take so much time.

- 10 stars awful customer service. Package has been missing from 4 weeks and not deli ered 😢 DHL IS NOT TRUSTED COMPANY. Not recommend to anyone. They Theves and my trust to them come to 0.
