Doesn't react to changes online or to emails. Reference is always made to the chargeable "Service number 0180 ...". My UK was informed that the shipment was undeliverable and it would cost 341USD to forward it. My shipment was withheld from me and I was forced to pick up my shipment from the depot. The amazed faces of my personal appearance spoke for themselves, one is not properly prepared for customer traffic on site! With the package I went to the competition 16.07 € were billed. Anyone who finds himself in the age of robber barons knows how I felt. I have informed my seller that if the carrier is not changed, I will refrain from further business transactions.

Completely ridiculous service. My shipment has been stuck there for 9 days and nothing is moving. Inquiries via chat, email and telephone are of no use.

Don't deliver promised delivery two days in a row, worst service ever!!! The hotline doesn't take you seriously.
