Phone number out of service, they must have one person to answer thousands of emails. I've sent my tax forms to two email addresses supplied to release my package every day for 16 days.....no answer! This is after they told me two weeks ago they have "strick holding and return polucies"!😡

They are just bad, first of all they took more than 800$ to send 2 boxes from California, USA to Munich, Germany (each box 20 KG). After they arrived here, they were locked at the German custom for more than 2 weeks and they have not EVEN contacted me, I had to call and ask if the boxes have arrived. I had to pay a small fee to the German Custom and for Fedex to proceed to my translation with the Custom (FedEx fee was 60 EUR). FedEx informed me that once I provide them with a proof of residence in Germany they will refund me the fee that was paid to the German Custom. It has been almost 2 months and I have written them 6 reminder emails and no one has ever replied. Mr Ömer is my contact person and he is just unreliable and irresponsible. NEVER EVER

Operational delay in processing outbound packages and no info on what the issue is and estimate of when the undisclosed problem will be resolved. Avoid sending out of Germany by FedEx which leaves via this facility. Störung Störung Störung.

It takes too much time to do the custom clearance. I will be waiting for weeks... Thus, people in customer service don't understand basic requests regarding customs and VAT, I'm more knowledgeable than them whereas it's not my job...
