I was very impressed by this FedEx location's tact and politeness, especially during COVID. They were helpful in opening the door for customers with large boxes, ensured everyone used the hand sanitizer upon entering. Thank you for being open until 19:00! This helped me (since I work until 18:30) a lot! Thank you for your continued dedication.

not impressed got the name wrong and didnt put the apartment number or phone number on the receipt....delaying delivery by 2 days. i paid over 100 euros for service, not to have to check someone's work and correct their mistakes

Terrible. No customer service. Scheduled a priority package yesterday. Noone picked it up yesterday or today. I contacted Fedex twice (5:15 pm) to ask them to pick it up. They offer me to rescheduled for tomorrow after an hour on the phone. Noone gave me the phone number for FEDEX Stuttgart so I could coordinate directly with them. Noone passes me a manager I can talk to. Sucha a bad service they dont even deserve one star. I use Fedex quite often for my job... they are beyond hope. Use if you must

Got an tracking update email saying my parcel was delivered at my address while I was home by a driver from this station. Nobody rang the door bell and I didn't recognise the name who accepted the parcel. I couldn't find the name who signed in the phone book. I went around the neighbourhood and ran into a delivery guy from a different company, he knew in which house my parcel was accidently delivered, it was a different street and different house number. The name of the receptionist in the tracking was also wrong, the receptionist of that office building said the parcel was just dropped and the driver ran off. Also according to the sender I was supposed to receive tracking updates once Fedex has the parcel in their system, which also never happened. The content of the parcel were expensive breakable goods and I am very unhappy how this shipment went and it was sheer luck that I received my goods in time.

Staff was friendly enough but wouldn't let me purchase extra insurance on my package due to contents. What happened to make the customer happy business model? I was also VERY DISAPPOINTED that this international company WOULD NOT ACCEPT American Express.
