If you have a TNT package, don’t go there to drop off. Even though fedex and TNT have merged. This branch won’t accept a TNT package. It’s just a heads up to don’t waste time and drive there. I suggest to make a new pick up appointment via TNT website instead of driving about 33 mins to TNT drop station near IKEA moorfleet. 👍🏻 Btw employee are nice and helpful.

All I can say is excellent service. Many Thanks!! For reasons beyond my control, I came to FedEx on a Friday just before closing time to send an extremely time-sensitive package to Mexico. Unfortunately, an important document was still missing from the shipment, which had only been emailed to me on the way to FedEx. Not only was this printed out for me free of charge, quickly and unbureaucratically, the package even went out because the employee brought it to the transport, even though it was so late. The staff is a model of customer orientation, professionalism and friendliness. Hundred stars for that!
