I never gave it a thought that I would have to look up the courier service to see if they are reliable. I was so excited to receive my new laptop that stayed home all day and at the end of the day, the tracking updates showing ‘recipient not found’. No delivery attempt note and the customer care number says it is not registered. I have never been put into such a clueless place before. Can someone help me with this

Same problem as others. Sitting home all day waiting for the package. Then a message "receiver not home. Left a message". No one was here, no message was left. But that is not all! If you don't have a German (+49) phone number then they will not contact you to arrange different date nor to inform you how to pick it up! And what should you do then?

Worst experience, have been waiting all day for my package, despite informing them that itvwas Urgent, no one answers the hamburg delivery contact number. The website shows out for delivery since 9.14 am and here i am standing at my door step at 18.00 hrs waiting all day and no sign of the driver. I have dealt with TNT in other locations but they have never been as bad as the Hamburg TNT. I hope someone form the Hamburg team reads this message and realises that the packages they carry are important to people.

I ordered an expensive desk from the United Kingdom and was really looking forward to receiving it, however, the TNT service spoiled my experience. The delivery was set to arrive on Thursday, but the delivery driver didn't stop at my house - perhaps the parcel was too large and heavy? - if I were to believe the TNT tracking system. Then suddenly the next day later the page showed an ETA of the following Monday. And yet, when phoning the hotline team, they assured me, that I would be able to pick up the delivery on Saturday, if I would come and collect it from their depot. I even phoned in on the day of collection. I decided to take a day off to go and collect the desk with a rental car and there's only a single TNT depot in Hamburg Moorfleet, which is a 40 minute drive from my home. When I arrived at the depot it took the logistics team about 30 minutes to locate my parcel and subsequently then they told me, that only a part of my delivery had arrived and that the first parcel is damaged. The second parcel was still stuck somewhere in England - despite all the assurances on the phone. I phoned the hotline again - each time costing 60 cents - and the only answer I got was "Well, I don't know, why they didn't tell you that the second part of the delivery hadn't arrived yet. Just phone in on Monday and check again." So, not only didn't they offer me a call back, but expect me to phone in once again for 60 cents, but they also were incredibly passive in arranging a new delivery and or to offer any compensation for all the fuss they had caused. 1/5 stars ... 0 if I could

The most miserable customer service in the world. They are totally missing the point why would somebody pay them big money to pick up and deliver on time. Their representatives are rude, uninformed, impatient and will hang up the phone on you. Run away from this service!
