I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Everyone at home, no one rings. Simply throw in a card with "We were there"! When you try to reach someone, you can't. I've been there for over 36 hours. That doesn't work at all. Stay away from this company!!!!

I called customer service 3 times today. Each time the customer service employees end the call without bringing the conversation to an end. I don't feel like calling again. In the last call I asked the employee for his exact name, he ended the call immediately after I asked. In addition, when I write you an e-mail, I always get the same answers. That I had to call you. Service client déplorable il perde vos colis et ne fond rien pour le récupérer c'est une boîte d'arnaqueur juste pour le fric
