Probably one of the worst delivery company out there. The courier did not leave me a note on a missed delivery and didn't even bother to drop the package to my neighbor like they usually do. Sloppy service, terrible customer service (there isn't even a way to get in touch with them via phone)...

Before that, TNT picked up a 55 inch TV (due to repairs). I felt sorry for the driver because he carried the big TV in the box alone. Alone from the 2nd floor to the car. He didn't want help. With his sufficiently long arms he was able to master this task very well. Today the TV should be brought back home. My old friend was at home because of this and was waiting for the driver. DHL should also bring a small package today. At home it rang, the TNT driver said he was putting the package down the hall and he was gone. My friend is small and very petite and thought it was DHL. But no, the large TV box was now downstairs, which of course she couldn't carry up alone. Maybe the drivers should consider something like that before they stop thinking because of time pressure.

Parcel was delivered by courier 100km away from me. Got no information on whereabouts. Customer service is non-existent, or hangs up on uncomfortable questions.
