Even 1 star is way too much for this company. My last 10 Fedex packages have all been horrible. They lie like crazy and the drivers don't know the doorbell, they prefer to write "Customer not found or company closed" in the status.

Underground, the package got here quicker by sea. The delivery date was 09/01/22. Not delivered since 08/30/22 in Eibelstadt and until 09/19/22. 20 days for 25km seriously? Not only disappointing, I'm pissed off. 👎👎👎👎👎 ... and do you want to improve service? 🤣 It's good!!!

Horrible service and lies everywhere. The 17 day journey of my package with photo proof. On 10/18 My package went from Poland towards Germany and arrived in Nuremberg two days later on October 20th at 5:32 a.m. and was then on its way to Eibelstadt almost 23 hours later, where it arrived at 4:52 a.m. on October 21st. has arrived. After that the whole fun started: I was told 6 times it was a public holiday and it could not be delivered although only one of these 6 days was actually a public holiday. Twice I was supposedly not at home, the first time I even met the messenger in my driveway when I wanted to check my mailbox. However, the messenger did not come out of his car with my package, but only with a note with several coffee stains and a sticker on it with the typical "we rang the bell but nobody opened the door" saying. He didn't want to comment on it and then drove on again. The second time on 02.11. A message came out of nowhere at 6:13pm that they tried again but no one answered the ring and that a message was left in the mailbox. From my living room, where I sat all evening, I can look straight into the driveway and there was no one to be seen, otherwise the motion detector would have reacted and someone would have rung the doorbell. So get out to the mailbox and have a look. Empty. No message was left as claimed on the website. I had already sent two emails over the last two weeks, both of which were ignored. On 03.11. it finally arrived at my home after a 14-day stay in Eibelstadt. In general, a total adventure full of stress and lies, who has time to be at home every day for 16 days in a row and wait for an overdue package if you are not working from home. I would give it a negative rating if possible, minus 5 stars. Absolutely laughable what they allow themselves.

Good service is as far away from what is offered here as the earth is from the moon! Agreed deadlines are not met. Shipments are scanned and reported as "Customer not found" because the driver doesn't feel like delivering the packages.
