Seit über einer Woche liegt mein Paket in Dietzenbach bei FedEx und es passiert einfach nichts. Arbeiten hier auch Menschen? Der Liefertermin ist bei weitem überschritten und ich darf das Paket nicht mal abholen. Es ist ärgerlich wenn es sich um 17min Entfernung mit dem PKW handelt, der waren wert weit über 1000€ liegt und bei der Hotline irgendwelche Hirngespinste erzählt werden. Ich hoffe ich bekomme nie wieder ein Paket mit FedEx, so ein Saftladen hab ich noch nicht erlebt!

The Last Juice Shop!!!! The package traveled around the world from Osaka faster than it was processed in Germany.... it's been lying around in the branch for 4 days, no update on the delivery date, no information on what it is, every call costs 20 cents and you can't even get through!!! Staff super friendly

Catastrophe honestly.... Doesn't even ring when a package comes, apparently you have to wait outside the door to get your package and now you can't get customer service, you can't check where the package is. One of the worst services

Such an inept and disorganized company. I've been waiting for the delivery for days and without someone ringing the bell, it couldn't take place. And after a long discussion, you are told you could pick up the delivery in Rodgau. Conclusion: the postman was too lazy, I wasted 3 days at home and I still haven't received the delivery. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
