This place needs to be close. They are unprofessional. I do not know if FedEx Corporate is aware of that but people who are working at this place do not want to work. They need to get retrained otherwise get kicked out of the job. I had a package from overseas with the correct address for 4days I kept calling them for my delivery notifying me they don't know where I am. I talked to the customer representative giving me my address and was still unable to deliver guess what the delivery driver wrote: "I refused the get the package". They did not even send my package. I will never use FedEx in this area again in my life. They deserve 0 stars.
