Package was originally supposed to come Tuesday. It came on Monday and no one was home to take it. Instead of having the package delivered the next day, they simply left it on the front door for everyone to see. Parking permit for garage could not be granted. It was also not possible to adjust the delivery date. Never again FedEx - worse than Hermes and I thought it couldn't be done!

A spare part was ordered for a Dodge in the USA. According to package tracking, this arrived on time at the Urmitz site. The package could not be delivered by Urmitz because apparently no one could be reached at the delivery address. Always available 24 hours a day. It doesn't get any worse.
