The sender paid over 100$ for express delivery of the gift for an event, the parcel arrived almost a month later instead when it was no longer needed. So we had to order a similar 70€ item in Germany. Almost a month later the parcel was given the the child who has a quest at our house and just happened to open the door. We were charged another 90€ in tax and fees for what we no longer needed. The online customer service is non-existent. You are dealing with the computer, not a human. Bad Management. Bad service.

They do clearance without asking and take commission 50 euro for clearance of parcel costs 16 euro. If choice will be provided better to send this parcel back and got refund than pay 50 for this service.

Leave it to an American company to understand customer service. I am still extremely disappointed in the German import tax system. Talk about an overbearing nanny state...

worst service ever. couldn't even pick up a parcel at a certain address in germany for a US customer (account number).. to complicated.
