Is a joke, Absolutely unpolite, rude , unprofessional and unprepared. There’s no service, no information, and in corona time all the employees were without masks, maybe all vaccinated, but is giving a very bad feeling when you try to ask for information for a package they didn’t delivered and three of them are sitting in the back playing with the phone and the rude blonde woman at the desk is completely ignoring you even if you speak to them in German, English or all the languages of the world. Great choice of employees, really nice

Not recommended as an employer! You chase your salary for months. Contact persons cannot solve the problem. Overtime is the bread and butter of which unfortunately many hours mysteriously disappear. Unfortunately there is no good management.

Rarely experienced such a badly organized and unfriendly shop. My father-in-law was there three weeks ago for a trial period and, despite a written invitation, was transferred twice because nobody knew anything. The day after, the post office manager calls with such an unfriendly tone and asks why nobody was there. When the trial work could still take place, there was neither an acceptance nor a rejection afterwards. Extremely unprofessional and an absolute indictment of the Deutsche Post! Advertise for employees and then potential candidates are treated like this! I can now explain the complaints of the residents well.

Dismantled the postage stamp machine at the Munich HAUPT letter center I can only wonder. Wanted (as for years) to get stamps within walking distance at the letter center. vending machine dismantled. Incomprehension on my part and written request at the post office. You really write that it wasn't worth it to get it because there wasn't enough demand and that I could still find a post office or a machine nearby. When I asked further, WHERE THEN the next possibilities were, because maybe I don't know the hidden boxes or secret post offices nearby, nothing came. It's unacceptable that Munich's MAIN letter center no longer has any machines and that you can't buy stamps at the counter there either. Avoidance is the best alternative.
