If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I was waiting for a letter with important documents sent from outside of Germany for 2 months and sadly was in the hospital when Deutsche Post tried to deliver it. Since I was not at home, the letter was brought to this office. Three days after attempted delivery (on Saturday) I came by to receive my letter and was told the letter is not there. The man behind the counter went to a storage room to search for it and said they don't have it and I should call Deutsche Post and file a complaint (needless to say I drove 90km to even get to the post office that day). Sadly, the complaint regarding international letters can only be filed Monday through Friday, so I had to wait. I filed a complaint on Monday hoping that the letter has simply landed in a different post office. Four more days later, on Friday, I learnt that it has been sent back to the sender, because I didn't pick it up in time!! The call center has told me that the letter has been sent back from this very office, the one that claimed that they do not have the letter. It's just a total chaos!!! If you're not at home to accept your package, hope it doesn't get routed to this office, you'll never see it.

Badly organized, slow process and often has very long queue of people waiting for service. After the Deutsche Post office on Fraunhoferstraße was closed, this “post office” can barely keep up with demand. Edit: Despite replies from the company there is 0 improvement, this is now the only post office for a very large section and lines just get longer, and most people are forced to wait outside as the space is very small.

I went twice, the first time thinking my package was there but it hasn't arrived yet. The owner was very helpful and searched for it, even asking to see the email to see if he can help. I went the next day and he recognised me immediately and handed me my package. Don't understand all the negative reviews- both times I was there they are very fast and friendly

Not only they can't find my package which according to the DHL system is there, but the DHL support couldn't even reach them and simply advises to try again. Also they are unfriendly and do not speak any English.
