If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I was waiting for a letter with important documents sent from outside of Germany for 2 months and sadly was in the hospital when Deutsche Post tried to deliver it. Since I was not at home, the letter was brought to this office. Three days after attempted delivery (on Saturday) I came by to receive my letter and was told the letter is not there. The man behind the counter went to a storage room to search for it and said they don't have it and I should call Deutsche Post and file a complaint (needless to say I drove 90km to even get to the post office that day). Sadly, the complaint regarding international letters can only be filed Monday through Friday, so I had to wait. I filed a complaint on Monday hoping that the letter has simply landed in a different post office. Four more days later, on Friday, I learnt that it has been sent back to the sender, because I didn't pick it up in time!! The call center has told me that the letter has been sent back from this very office, the one that claimed that they do not have the letter. It's just a total chaos!!! If you're not at home to accept your package, hope it doesn't get routed to this office, you'll never see it.
