They don't note down which deliverer didn't ring your bell and just put a note in your mailbox, although they already have the necessary code on the note. They don't want it to get better, and they don't want you to actually get what you pay them for. Plus the lines are long because they close early.

I read most of the reviews here and I expected the worst, on a contrary staff was very professional and courteous. I suspect many people have unreasonable expectations of a post office as a whole and never experienced what a really bad service could be.
