DPD Depot, Krostitz. DPD Depot & Paketshop

The parcel wasn't delivered, they did not call or send an email. The tracking screen suddenly showed "The delivery of your parcel was rejected, the parcel will be returned to consignor." I have even provided a parcelshop address as a pickup point, but no change in the status. Even the contact number is invalid. I'm out of options. Please help!

After two unsuccesful delivery attempts at my home I started email comuniction with Ms. Stanojlovic. I then changed the delivery place to a Paketshop which lead to another two unsuccesful delivery attempts. Now I'm waiting the whole day at home to only see that the package is being returned to the sender. To sum it up: 4 delivery attempts (2 at home + 2 at Paketshop) = No package after 13 days from sending. Making me even more work to go to the merchant and explain him the situation.. Well done! :)

I was supposed to get two packages delivered. The paket shop is closed and nothing from dpd. The firm involved is a french subsidiary of DPD called Chronopost so no number to call or anything!!!

It’s a scam! My packet is schedule to deliver today, I was refreshing status while waiting at home. The car never left their shipping center, then all of a sudden, the status become “unable to deliver, sending back to the sender”. Call can’t be reached either. Avoid shipping with DpD!!!!!!!!

I am waiting for DPD parcel 09447087608452. DPD tracking says this warehouse has had it for the last 10 days. Where is it and when am I going to get it??
