Delivery was announced and specific time was given but never delivered. The truck returned to the depot again without even ringing at our door. Next two days the package remains at the depot even though the tracking app says it will be delivered that day. Till now still waiting. Completely unreliable and misleading information.

It is already the second time that, even if we are at home, nobody rings at our doorbell and they bring the package directly to a packet shop. Today I even waited out of the door during the time of the delivery... nobody even came close to our door, but I received the message stating they did not find me there... This is borderline fraud and the dpd workers who engage in this practice should be fired!

Worst delivery company in Germany! Today I was waiting for a delivery, I saw the car arriving and he simple left without even ringing the bell. I was on the balcony and I saw that the delivery man didn't even try to deliver the package. Minutes later I received the following message: "04.01.2022 14:23 Uhr Leider konnten wir Ihr Paket nicht zustellen. Erftstadt-Lechenich (DE)" Drivers are completely rude and don't expect that they will deliver the package on your floor, at most at the entrance door of the apartment building *if you are lucky*. I imagine they only hire the worst kind of people in the society. The support doesn't work if you want to make any kind of complain, at most you will receive a automatic copied and pasted message. It is a shame, an offense and unbelievable that this kind of "company" is able to survive in the market.
