I didn’t ship my package for it to be left for weeks in storage! This is ridiculous! Service is horrendous nobody picks up, nobody replies to anything and nobody calls you with any information. My package status has been on “being delivered” for 3 consecutive days you’d think they deliver on foot.

Hi ! It seems that you , who are trying to make your bussines, are totaly unable be responsible of making your job for DPD. You are making a very bad name for DPD in general. Why are you not able to make any remedy ? How is it possible , give my client the delivery note to be signed that the package is not delivered ? ?Why I should make/open claim about that? ? it is your mess !!!!!!!!!! make the remedy , until if I submit to the complaint.....

Worst shipping service, the delivery person did not bring the package to my homr twice but in the internet the status of my package is "do not meet the receiver". The delivery man is Coda.
