Unfriendly contact. The delivery time is the entire day (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) including a "to avoid additional costs, make sure that you are present at the specified time". Ultimately, around 2 p.m. on the supposed delivery day, the company canceled the delivery - we were unable to meet the delivery date you set yourself. Timely replacement date - none. I've actually never experienced such poor performance.
