Unpunctual deliveries and non-compliance with agreements - these are the experiences we have made. One ton was to be exchanged and another to be added. That's what was agreed. But that obviously didn't work, since it could only be exchanged 1 to 1. The other tons were for other customers. Why do you say that beforehand?

The execution of the order was very professional and comprehensively prepared. Communication was uncomplicated and the service provider was extremely flexible despite several changes to the order.

We had ordered a filing bin for our Hildesheim location. The waiting time was 2 weeks. Nothing came on the day of delivery! When asked, we were told that the driver could not find the location despite the navigation system. (Hindenburgplatz - right in the center!) Alternatively, we were offered delivery a week later. After I angrily canceled the order, an email came as an apology - unfortunately only text modules. We are therefore not satisfied with either order fulfillment or customer service and will not recommend.

It's not hard to find, but a "register here" sign would make it even easier. The process was easy and the staff very attentive.
