The place in front of the company's entrance is intended for one truck only, but three trucks are lined up due to waiting. You receive a pager and after ringing you go to the indicated place, which in most cases is at the back of the company. There, wait for an employee to point you to the ramp. I can review only based on experience based on one delivery of wares to the local warehouse. Staff is quite ok, communicative, eventhou only few people around speak english, so for non-german speakers this can be a little problem.

This company is a total disaster. As a driver I asked for a signature for goods in (required) and was yelled at and chased out by a lady with blond hair in the goods in office, was really very rude. Total tragedy. I arrived at 9.00 am. I got to the office at 9.33. You stand like a dog outside waiting for someone to graciously allow entry. Then waiting until 1:30 pm on the street obstructing traffic. And all this to unload ... 4 pallets. As a result, I missed the next load. Of course, friendly cars enter without queues. Never again.
