The pick-up station is very well signposted and therefore easy to find, the staff is very friendly, there is nothing to complain about in this regard, but the messenger only rings once at the recipient and if they do not open immediately or walk a little slower, maybe on the crutch, etc. then they have Bad luck immediately, namely the gentlemen like to throw in collection slips instead of giving their parcel to the recipient! The pick-up station is at the other end of the world every time. So GLS messengers are an absolute disaster! Shipping was quick and uncomplicated. BUT after more than a week, the shipment information still says that the package is in the branch. This has already arrived at the recipient. The contact form on the help pages doesn't work and if you look for something else and then find one you don't get an answer even after several days. This is an absolute absurdity for payments with buyer protection.
