Apart from the location, the customer service, the delivery is very bad. The delivery is not made at home although we are at home. The drivers leave a note that nobody is home. And that is definitely wrong. We are always there. And they just don't come. Calls and complaints to GLS company are always ignored. Really bad conditions. I hope it will be abolished soon.

GLS Waldkraiburg is the last thing there is. We sit or stand directly behind our front door and screw something together and now we get the mail that we were not there. Total cheek. The deliverer wasn't on our doorstep because we definitely saw him through our glass panes. He was just too lazy to deliver. You pay delivery fees for laziness. Now we are allowed to pick up the package ourselves at our own expense.
