But it felt like 20 minutes. Better find another drop-off point. Grocery shopping is also very complicated. Even the packaged sweets are weighed, but only the price per kilo is listed. The scale cannot be seen, so it is not comprehensible.

Was there a little after 5 p.m. It was open and 2 gentlemen there. Everything went super fast. Service friendly enough for me. Don't understand the bad reviews now. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And yes, the GLS is in the grocery store. It's also the case with Hermes and DPD that they are in stores. I didn't pay attention to whether there was a sticker on the door, I usually just walked in and said I had a package.

The easiest thing is probably to let 7 days pass and hope that the next package will be delivered by DHL.... I think dpd is better and that's saying something. It has happened several times that there was no note in the mailbox. You kind of get the feeling that the messenger wasn't at my house...

Otherwise, the bell rings once, I can't even get close to the door as quickly as he threw the note in the mailbox and drives away, or the bell doesn't ring at all, just put the note in the mailbox and the driver is gone - I've experienced everything myself! !! I have already given permission to discard at least 5 times, in writing, by telephone, by email to various places, BUT IT WORKS FOR ME. So, honestly, if I can choose with whom my order should be delivered, then I say with everyone except DLS The shop is fine and the staff is competent and friendly

Notification in the mailbox. Allegedly not found even though we were at home. Pettenkoferring 27 is on the pick-up slip. I halfway through town just to hear. The package is not with us. We don't know where it is and I should just investigate. Many thanks too. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars for such bad service. In the future, I will take care when ordering that I will no longer order anything from companies that ship via GLS.
