Do not choose!! This company delivered the furniture we bought from Ikea. We asked Ikea many times and wrote on the delivery note that "delivery will be made to the 4th floor". When we asked Ikea, they said they would deliver all the items to the 4th floor. On the day of delivery, they said that they could not deliver on the excuse that the garden gate was 2.80m and the height of the truck was 3.10m. Afterwards, the chief called the customer representative, the customer representative said that we had 2 options. - either a new delivery will be made in 1 week at the earliest. - Or he said they would leave all the furniture at the garden gate 150m from the house. We did not accept either. Finally, the chief left all the furniture at the garden gate with his disrespectful, indifferent and mocking attitude. He left without us having to sign any delivery confirmation form. Never choose this company, which has very disrespectful and uninterested, unresolved employees and customer service.

Ikea kitchen january 2022 The parts were delivered in several tranches. The kitchen installation (Mr. Lemanski) was really great! They came at 9 a.m. and by 4 p.m. they had set up the entire kitchen superbly. There were difficulties with the assembly date beforehand - but Ikea postponed this without informing me (great). I only have good things to say

Dear forwarding company, your employees are impossible. When delivering one starts to complain that the goods in the apartment is to be delivered. It wouldn't be in his papers. I am heavily pregnant in 9 months and the man tells me that he leaves the goods at the front door. Item 4.3 of Ikea's delivery and service conditions clearly states that the goods will be delivered to the apartment. I presented this to the gentlemen, the older gentleman started discussions. When I asked if he could understand German (although he spoke great German before), he said no. I insist as I paid the shipping and service costs. The things are then delivered to the apartment, but do I need that kind of stress? Your employees are not informed at all about what the job involves. Or just want simple jobs. Do I have to do this to myself as a customer?
