What should I capitalize. At GLS Depot Weiden, quantity is more important than quality. In most cases only non-German-speaking staff are hired who can hardly or not at all read the name. I had to run after my package.. Never again GLS !!

Since the collectors come earlier and earlier on Fridays, important packages had to be taken directly to Weiden, to the nearest acceptance point. Our packages are already labeled beforehand. Shouldn't happen that often, but 2 times within 8 years? That's OK. Staff friendly and helpful.

Packages are handled here like a butcher slaughtering. Caution Nobody cares about fragile here and the packages are still thrown around. Nothing surprises me anymore. The conveyor belts are totally outdated and almost falling apart. Nothing is repaired here, only the turnover counts.

Really really bad parcel deliverer. Package has not been delivered, contrary to the notification of the shipment tracking, the delivery service did not arrive. Yes, how can it be that the package cannot be handed over personally if the delivery service does not even ring the bell, let alone even go to the address... apparently not uncommon here at GLS, see older reviews. So please retrain the staff and make them aware of such situations, one might think, but forget it, the problem has existed for a long time and nobody seems to be taking care of improving the delivery service, haha. I ran into the driver on another street after half an hour. He said he didn't even bother to read the bells haha. Got the package. It's ridiculous that you have to run after your package. I will therefore never use the services of GLS again.
