It's amazing what's going on in this store. Was the first and last time that my goods were sent by you. Delivery dates never met, "customer service" reacts dismissively and wants to get the matter off the table without having to do anything. Really sad

If it were possible, I would - award stars, I've been waiting for an article since September 3rd, 2022 - The branch in Frankfurt doesn't answer the phone. Neither with my calls nor with calls from my own NOX switchboard. Report has been filed. Compensation is demanded by my lawyer.

Really bad. My package hasn't arrived for over 2 weeks and the customer service is really unprofessional. In the future, I will make sure with every order that NOX will never be one of my suppliers again. I would like to give you 0 stars but I can't, that's why you get one.
