I know multiple people including me living around the neighborhood, their DHL delivery are not delivered home (although all of them are home) but to this place. You need to then wait for an hour in the queue so that the employees here search for one minute and tell you they cannot find packages and ask you to go home and try the next day and repeat the same story. If you have same experience please leave message to let others know. The entire branch is a shame!

The worst post office I have ever been to in my life. Lines daily because staff has no clue. No system, packages take forever to found and their staff is downright rude and lazy. Avoid at all costs!

Soooo unfriendly, always queue. Only positive is that there are some self service machines, so that you don't need to ask for their human service
