I don’t understand the concept of priority service if you can’t do it !!! I‘m very disappointed. I was supposed to have my package at 12 pm, 3 hours later I call the customer service and they tell the driver didn’t find anyone In building but that’s impossible and I’m sure of it and they can’t do anything about it . Either ways I needed this package for an important interview on Monday in Munich. This unprofessionalism from Fedex is a shocker and I would never deal with them again.
