Absolutely disgusted with this service. My husband and I had a very important document mailed to us from the US, and FedEx said it would arrive on July 4th....then July 5th...then July 6th...then July 7th... and now it's July 8th and it's still not here. It keeps saying it's "out for delivery" but never comes. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who said she'd put a message out saying that we needed this document urgently. No use. This document was something we needed to present at the US Embassy yesterday. This is not the first time I have been appalled by FedEx in Germany. In April, we mailed another important document overseas and paid almost $200 to expedite the shipping...we were told it would only take four days to arrive. It ended up taking almost three weeks, severely delaying our case and paperwork that needed to be filed. Do not use this service. It is a waste of time and money.
