The facility itself isn't very big, the work there is manageable so far as you have thick skin and can take some criticism. There is Video Surveillance at the work space too so you don't have much opportunity to "not work". I will give them 3 stars

GLS never delivers, instead the packages are handed over to a shop far away !!! Parcels have not arrived several times, although I was there or could be delivered in the shop in the same building. You get an email (not even a card thrown in the mailbox) and it says the time when you didn't find me (I'm forced to look at the email). But I was always there, funny,…. My bell rings, but other parcel service providers also manage to hand me the parcel, if necessary a card is put in the mailbox and they hand it in at the shop. Complaints to GLS in this regard go nowhere... just don't report them. Inquiries about GPS evaluation will not be answered. Even the shop says that the couriers in Erfurt - Mitte are unreliable and there are many complaints. Some of the roads are not approached and after 4 hours the package is handed in at the shop... Well, everyone can guess the rest. After 14 days of verbal and written complaints and still no response from GLS, I feel compelled to inform the public about this parcel service provider. Sorry, for "service providers".....

It doesn't matter when I'm at home (home office) but nobody ever rings if the sender's name is GLS. It's been like this since forever. Despite complaints about the GLS hotline, it seems that the same driver is still at work. I've always had to pick up huge parcels from a parcel shop. 3.5km / 45min on foot since we don't have a car, that's not acceptable. We take great care to ensure that GLS is not listed when ordering. I'd rather pay more. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice this time, the delivery wasn't an order but rather a shipment from family A to family B. I hope the driver will be released sooner rather than later so that we can deliver the packages like DHL, Post, DPD, UPS or Amazon to get. Others also manage to ring the bell and I go to meet the driver to support them and wish them a nice day. But the GLS driver can only be heard when the window is open as he scans and then the k mail comes with (unfortunately not found) drop off 3.5 km in the flower shop. I even had an extra note on it with please ring GLS we're there. But whoever works like that shouldn't get paid and be fired or trained in such a way that he finally manages to press a button. I think I'm not alone in the rating on the internet 🙄

Normally I don't order anything at all once I know that it will be delivered via GLS. Unfortunately, this time it was not noted by the supplier. So the ordered children's bike was "delivered" by the specialist from GLS via our 1.90m high gate! However, since the box was broken in several places, one can assume that the once beautiful bike in the hands of GLS has flown more than once! For me, GLS simply stubbornly takes the bottom place as a parcel service!
