The worst courier service I have ever experienced. My parcel is delayed about 19 days at customs clearance due to a invoice quantity mistake by Fedex and they didn’t even want to confess. Every time when I called customer care, a new employee received and I had to make them understand from the very beginning. Sometimes they misbehaved with me and my wife as well. This is the last time I have used Fedex. Please use DHL or other services in Germany.
